DESCRIPTION: Trail lines are seen on the EPU. There are faint indications of distortion seen on the top of the two Ts in STATES. The offset direction is 010 degrees.

 

DIE MARKERS: Stage “C”, obverse is LDS – diagonal die scratches can be seen thru the IBER of LIBERTY.

Reverse is LDS – a diagonal die gouge runs through the CA of AMERICA.

NOTE: This die was found by Michael Pope
