DESCRIPTION: Moderate trail lines are seen from the tops of the letters in EPU. There is some distortion seen on the horizontal bars of the two Ts and the E of STATES. The offset direction is 010 degrees.

 

DIE MARKERS: Stage “B”, obverse is MDS – none noted.

Reverse is MDS – small die gouges in and around the word ONE. A die gouge is seen under the U of UNITED.
