Reverse is MDS – trails are seen on the N and E of ONE.

DESCRIPTION: Letter distortion on the tops of EPU with faint trails in an offset direction of 330 degrees.
Design extensions from the tops of the columns at 330 degrees.
DIE MARKERS: Stage “C”, obverse is LDS – small die gouge under the second 9 of the date.
Reverse is LDS – die scratches through the right base tip and the designer’s initials.
Stage “D” This stage has the addition of die scrapes in bay 12.
