DESCRIPTION: Light fluting line extension, into the stylobate, under column 2 with a moderate fluting line extension under column 3. Moderate step deviation is seen under columns 5 through 8, with an offset direction of 200 degrees.
DIE MARKERS: Stage “B”, obverse is MDS – small die gouge under lapel’s button hole. Two die dots lower on the lapel.
Reverse is MDS – light die scratches above the word PLURIBUS.
NOTE: This is a fairly strong trail die and considered to be a major. This die was found by Robert Tingle.

DESCRIPTION: Moderate step deviation is seen under columns 5 through 8, with emphasis on the left side.
DIE MARKERS: Stage “C”, obverse is LDS – die gouge to the left of the word IN.
Reverse is LDS – die damage in bays 3 and 5. Die crack in column 1 and into the field. Die crack in column 2.

Moderate fluting line extension, into the stylobate, under columns 11 and 12 Strong step deviation is seen under columns 5, 6, 7 and 8, with an offset direction of 190 degrees. This is one of the stronger wavy step trail dies for the 2000 decade.
