DESCRIPTION: Light step deviation seen under columns 6, 7 and 8. Also seen is level distortion on the stylobate under columns 10 and 11. The clue to the offset direction is the trail seen on the F of the designer’s initials at 150 degrees. Also seen is the distortion on the letters of EPU from the master trail die.
DIE MARKERS: Stage “B”, obverse is MDS – none noted.
Reverse is MDS – die gouge in the middle of the O in ONE. Die gouge over the NT of CENT.
