DESCRIPTION: Light, isolated trail lines are seen from the EN of CENT. The offset direction is 090 degrees.
DIE MARKERS: Stage “A”, obverse is VLDS – die gouge from the bottom left leg of the R in LIBERTY. Two die gouges around the 1 digit of the date.
Reverse is EDS – light die scratch in the corner formed by the left cornice edge and the roof of the Memorial building.
NOTE: this die was found by Bill Slaughter.

DESCRIPTION: Light step deviation can be seen under columns 6, 7 and 8. The offset direction is 180 degrees.
DIE MARKERS: Stage “B”, obverse is MDS – none noted.
Reverse is MDS – die gouges are seen in bay 9. A small die dot is seen on the right of the P in PLURIBUS.
