Reverse is MDS – die scratches around the E. P and U of UNUM. Three die dots to the right of the T on CENT.

Reverse is LDS – die scratching in the upper part of bay 1. Die dot over the left base of the Memorial building.

DESCRIPTION: Light trail lines are seen from the top left corners of some of the letters in the EPU. Also seen are trails from the word OF and the last S of STATES. The offset direction is 300 degrees.
DIE MARKERS: Stage “B”, obverse is MDS – a die gouge is seen between the I and N of IN.
Reverse is MDS – two small die dots are seen between the E and N of CENT.
NOTE: This die was found by Jeremy Gardner.
