DESCRIPTION: Light trail lines are seen from the corners of the grass under the mallet, and on the grass and foot. Die scratches are also seen in this area and both the trails and scratches have an offset direction of 300 degrees.
DIE MARKERS: Stage “B”, Obverse is MDS – Obverse is a doubled die identified as2009P-1DO-002. Die cracks show on Lincoln’s forehead and the top of the head.
Reverse is MDS – Light die scratches between the book and Lincoln’s right arm. Die scratches in the same area of the trails.

DESCRIPTION: A dual directional trail die with weak trails come from the bottom right corners of the letters in AMERICA and from the MER and A of AMERICA. The offset directions are 000 degrees and 180 degrees.
DIE MARKERS: Stage “A”, obverse is EMDS – none noted.
Reverse is EMDS – die cracks are seen on the tops of the ON of ONE and the C of CENT. A rather large die crack is seen in the left boot heading for the P in PLURIBUS.

DESCRIPTION: Trail lines are seen from the bottom left corners of the NE in ONE and the ENT of CENT. The offset direction is 190 degrees.
DIE MARKERS: Stage “B”, obverse is MDS – none noted
Reverse is MDS – die cracks are seen on the top of the N in ONE and the N in CENT. Both boots have die cracks with the crack in the right boot extending into the field towards the first period in EPU.

DESCRIPTION: Faint trail lines are seen from the bottom of the letters in AMERICA. Also seen are two trail lines from the face of Lincoln. The offset direction is 190 degrees.

DESCRIPTION: Faint trail lines are seen from the grass on the left side of the mallet. The offset direction is 110 degrees.
DIE MARKERS: Stage “A”, obverse is EDS – light diagonal die scratching is seen under Lincoln’s chin.
Reverse is EDS – a die chip is seen in Lincoln’s left shoulder.

DESCRIPTION: Moderate trail lines are seen from the bottom corners of the letters in ONE CENT. A cross-over trail is seen on the lower right of the N in ONE. The offset direction is 200 degrees.
DIE MARKERS: Stage “B”, obverse is EMDS – a die gouge is seen on the inside of the N of IN.
Reverse is EMDS – a small die dot is seen between the O of ONE and the CE of CENT. A die crack is seen across the bottom of the left boot.

DESCRIPTION: The reverse shows trails from UNITE and S from STATES; offset direction is 195 degrees. Obverse, listed as 1DEO-005T, has light trails from LI of LIBERTY.

Reverse is MDS – diagonal scratches near the E of ONE and T of CENT
